Sarah is a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in the Centre for Medical Education. She was previously Surgical Skills Centre Manager at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and prior to that was a post-doctoral researcher in forensic medicine at the University of Glasgow. She has experience in quantitative, qualitative and mixed-methods research, and her current research interests in the area of medical education include multidisciplinary team learning and patient safety cultures.
